• Circumstances in which Returns and/or Exchanges are allowed
  • We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
    • The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
    • The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.
      • When is a product not defective?

1. It has been damaged by use of the product following delivery to yourself or appointed nominee where such use is not regular or intended;
2. b) the product does not fit you or you have changed your mind
3. c) garments and or homeware items are damaged through lack of adherence of the washcare instructions that are provided
4. d) products that have deteriorated due to normal wear and tear; or
5. e) have been replaced by a similar product with a new and/or improved design.

• The product has the incorrect size or specifications contained in the packaging or labels.

• When a Return and/or Exchange needs to be initiated
  • Returns and/or exchanges need to be initiated within five days of delivery of the product having been delivered to you.
• The choices you have upon Returning the Product
  • When a product is returned to us you can:
    • Have the amount refunded to you.
    • Have the product replaced/exchanged.
  • How a Return and/or Exchange is initiated
    • All returns and/or exchanges shall be initiated by means of an email sent to atelier@gavinrajah.com setting out:
      • the reason for the return.
      • whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
    • Condition of the Product Returned
      • In returning the product to us, the following shall apply. The product needs to be:
        • In the original packaging with swingtickets.
        • Packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you.
      • Manner of Return
        • We will require you to return the product to our offices at the following address: Suite 27 Somerset Square, 55 Somerset Rd, Green Point, 8005
      • What will happen once a Product is returned
        • Once returned, and subject to a product inspection, you will either receive a refund or a replacement, as per your preference within 14 days.
      • Product Inspection
        • Once returned, and prior to accepting such return, we will be permitted to inspect the product.
        • Should the product in our reasonable discretion not be suited to be returned, we shall not be obliged to accept such return.
      • Excluded Products
        • The following product(s) shall be excluded entirely from the above returned policy:
          • Sale merchandise, discounted merchandise, monogrammed or personalized items and or items that are part of a special promotion
